Job Description:
As an Equipment Mechanic, you’ll maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of rental equipment, including heavy machinery, generators, and vehicles, ensuring our fleet is always ready for customer use.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently.
- Test equipment post-repair to confirm optimal performance.
- Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic (certification preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

Rental Coordinator
Job Description:
The Rental Coordinator serves as the frontline of our store, managing customer rentals, coordinating equipment availability, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for every client.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with equipment selection and finalize rental agreements.
- Schedule equipment pickups, deliveries, and returns.

Class A or B Delivery Driver
Job Description:
As a Class A or B Delivery Driver, you’ll transport heavy equipment to and from customer sites, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Operate flatbed trucks to deliver and pick up rental equipment.
- Secure loads and inspect vehicles before and after trips.
- Coordinate with customers and the rental team on delivery schedules.
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain a clean driving record.

- Valid Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
- Experience with flatbed trucks and securing heavy loads.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with local routes.
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required.
Outside Sales Representative
Job Description:
The Outside Sales Representative will build and maintain customer relationships, drive equipment rental sales, and expand our client base through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field.
- Visit customer sites to assess needs and recommend equipment solutions.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate rental agreements, and follow up on leads.
