Equipment Mechanic

Job Description:
As an Equipment Mechanic, you’ll maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of rental equipment, including heavy machinery, generators, and vehicles, ensuring our fleet is always ready for customer use.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Test equipment post-repair to confirm optimal performance.
  • Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic (certification preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

 

Rental Coordinator

Job Description:
The Rental Coordinator serves as the frontline of our store, managing customer rentals, coordinating equipment availability, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for every client.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with equipment selection and finalize rental agreements.
  • Schedule equipment pickups, deliveries, and returns.
  • Track inventory and liaise with the service team for maintenance needs.
  • Process billing, payments, and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency (rental software experience a plus).
  • Prior experience in sales or coordination preferred.

 

Service Technician

Job Description:
Service Technicians ensure our equipment is rental-ready by performing repairs, maintenance, and inspections, maintaining high standards for every piece in our fleet.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on rental equipment.
  • Inspect returned equipment for damage and functionality.
  • Clean and prepare equipment for rental.
  • Support mechanics with larger repair projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with small engines or machinery.
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various equipment types.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.

 

Class A or B Delivery Driver

Job Description:
As a Class A or B Delivery Driver, you’ll transport heavy equipment to and from customer sites, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate flatbed trucks to deliver and pick up rental equipment.
  • Secure loads and inspect vehicles before and after trips.
  • Coordinate with customers and the rental team on delivery schedules.
  • Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain a clean driving record.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience with flatbed trucks and securing heavy loads.
  • Physical ability to assist with loading/unloading equipment.
  • Strong time management and customer service skills.

 

Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Job Description:
The Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) will handle local deliveries of smaller equipment and supplies, ensuring timely drop-offs and pickups while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive company vehicles (under 26,000 lbs. GVW) to deliver and retrieve rental equipment.
  • Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Verify delivery details and assist customers with basic equipment inquiries.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks.
  • Strong navigation skills and familiarity with local routes.
  • Previous delivery experience preferred but not required.

 

Outside Sales Representative

Job Description:
The Outside Sales Representative will build and maintain customer relationships, drive equipment rental sales, and expand our client base through proactive outreach and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field.
  • Visit customer sites to assess needs and recommend equipment solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate rental agreements, and follow up on leads.
  • Collaborate with the rental team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience (equipment rental or related industry a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
